Acupuncture uses the principles of the Chinese 'Meridian' system and is also based on Yin x Yang and the 5 elements theory : 'fire, ground, metal, water and wood'. Our Energy (Ki) flows through a network of little tsubo's (little points like mini chakra's) on Meridians in the body. Fine needles are used to harmonize the body. Normally it isn't painful however sometimes a small bruise may occur.

La Acupuntura utiliza los principios del sistema Yin x Yang y el sistema chino del 'Meridianos' y es también una teoría de los 'Cincos elementos' : fuego, tierra, metal, agua, metal y madera.
